Preamble to By-Laws

We, the brothers of the Tau Phi Tau Social Fraternity, strive to unite in a common bond of brotherhood tantamount to that of fraternal brothers while promoting a congenial atmosphere in a college society that when looked back upon will bring a wholesome fervor of those precious, forgone moments.

In order to promote responsibility and Black Awareness, to develop humanitarian and social acceleration, to build an undaunted love for our Black heritage and culture, as well as academic achievement, we strive to involve ourselves in civic projects to remove the barriers between the Black college student and the surrounding communities, thus developing his character as a more constructive link in society.

We, the founders, do hereby ordain and establish this Constitution for the Tau Phi Social Fraternity, Incorporated.
